So I’ve jumped on the bandwagon and started the Insanity program. Today was day 2 and although it was manageable, I’ve got to say I really did not enjoy it!
I wanted a program to follow until Dan and I move in together and we have our weights room. Then I’ll be able to get back into lifting properly and have my own program.
I’ll be doing Insanity every other day instead of 6 days a week as intended. This is because I don’t believe in starting a training schedule you have no intention of keeping, plus my NY resolution was to only work out 4 times a week.
