C – carbonated drinks
R – refined sugar
A – artificial sweeteners and flavouring
P – processed foods
Eat more real FOOD:
F – fruit and veg
O – organic lean proteins
O – omega 3 fatty acids
D – drink more water

Great acronyms! Couldn’t agree more with both, eating more FOOD over the last year I’ve managed to shed over 10lbs by cutting out the CRAP!!
Good on you! They always say that weightloss is 80% diet, 20% exercise.
I totally agree, real food is the way, people have been starving for years, and they consume more than ever….
