Eat clean

Cut out the CRAP:

C – carbonated drinks
R – refined sugar
A – artificial sweeteners and flavouring
P – processed foods

Eat more real FOOD:

F – fruit and veg
O – organic lean proteins
O – omega 3 fatty acids
D – drink more water

  1. Great acronyms! Couldn’t agree more with both, eating more FOOD over the last year I’ve managed to shed over 10lbs by cutting out the CRAP!!
