Another month to royally kick ass!

Guys, I’m back in the game as of today and I’ve picked up my squat challenge again. My work out today went something like this:

Ugi twists – 30
Reverse push ups – 30
Full squats stood on toes – 30
Mule kicks – 30
Jumping jacks – 30
and repeat!

I can’t wait to hit the gym tomorrow and go running later in the week, boy I’ve missed this!
