1 more day to go and a question for my followers

I’ve taken nearly a week off from my fitness regime as I was feeling burned out but now I’m back to feeling great, with the exception of thoroughly aching legs from London. I’ll be getting back into my training full steam ahead on Tuesday with a run, however, is it wise to expect the same level of fitness as I was at a week ago?

  1. I would do about 75% of what you did before the break. Everyone is different, but that seems to work for me. You’ll soon be back to your previous level.
