I think breakfast is the meal I struggle with the most when it comes to picking interesting things to try. I tend to just go with a small bowl of cheerios and a banana but that gets boring so here’s another recipe I found that I’ll be trying tomorrow.

What you’ll need – banana, peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice) and an egg.
Directions – mash the banana, mix the egg in well and then add a tbsp of nut butter.
They’re apparently easier to cook when made into smaller pancakes instead of one large one. They’re easy, healthy and they have my favourite ingredients in, what’s not to love?
