Meal plan ideas

Breakfast

(1 1/2 cups shelled edamame, a mandarin orange, and oatmeal made with: 3/4 cup large flake oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, some almonds and hazelnuts, and 3ish strawberries!)

Lunch

3 egg omelette with spinach, strawberries for munching while cooking and an orange to follow.

Dinner

Two PC Vegetarian Chicken Breasts with Cajun Spice and Cayenne Pepper + a calcium with vitamin D pill

Snack ideas

Protein shake, banana, handful of baby carrots, half a cucumber, and half an orange bell pepper and/or 1 1/2 cups shelled edamame beans in between meals.
