Today’s fitspo

Today I’m in a bad mood because I’m tired so I’ll be running as well as Zumba-ing this evening. Nothing beats post-workout highs.

  1. I’m experiencing post-workout thighs at the moment. My legs are tired after the gym last night and a run this morning.

      • I do enjoy off-road running, but I think it’s got its own set of challenges. Tarmac running can put a strain on your shins or knees if you’re not careful, however the risks with off-road include sliding in mud (done, pulled muscles jerking to not fall over), loose terrain and exposed tree roots – not a good environment to lose concentration!
