Big Booty bike work out

  • 5 minutes – warm up – 40 to 50 rpm
  • 5 – 10 minutes – 70 to 80 rpm
  • 10 – 13 minutes – 100 rpm
  • 13 – 16 minutes – 60 to 70 rpm
  • 16 – 18 minutes – 100 rpm – stand up and hover low with booty stuck out
  • 18 – 19 minutes – 70 to 80 rpm
  • 19 – 21 minutes – 100 rpm – stand up and hover low with booty stuck out
  • 21 – 25 minutes – 70 to 80 rpm
  • 5 minute cool down – 30 to 40 rpm
I’ll be giving this a go next time I hit the gym!
