I say jogging because I went a bit too slowly to class it as a run. My best friend’s visiting and she used to be very anti-fitness, however she’s really stepped up to the mark and started working out. We went for an interval run and did 2km with 16 minutes running which is good going for her.
I could’ve been rude and ran off away from her, caring more about my fitness but it was so nice to have a jogging buddy for once that I only cared about how she was doing.
Zumba wasn’t on today because it’s a bank holiday so we’ll be going tomorrow morning.
