Today’s workout

Zusana Light’s ZWOW #8 (on Youtube)

Jump forward/backward squats
Touch your toes and jump up
Dragon lunges w/ 4kilos worth of flour and pasta!
Plank arm raise

6 sets of 10 reps per exercise

Followed by 3 sets of 20 Ugi twists
