I love this run and despite feeling a little uncomfortable due to hurting my leg earlier, I still had a great time. I really pushed it and considering I spent 1 1/2 minutes walking to catch my breath, 3:52 walking to warm up and 3 minutes approx cool down, I’m chuffed.
I also did 15 squats, 20 knee raise twists and 10 squats and 10 military presses with a 5kilo log, yay exercise!
