Today’s body conditioning

Cross trainer – 15mins level 3
Renegade row – 2x5kilo dumbbells, 3 sets of 20
Dumbbell squats – 3 sets of 15 with 2×7.5kilo weights
Press ups –  12 normal press ups, 12 on my knees
Moving plank – 3 sets of 5
Mountain climber – 3 sets of 30

15 kilo bar over shoulders and lifting one arm up until I can feel a pull on my side stomach muscles, 5 on each side.
5 minutes rowing
3km done on bike in 5:13 minutes

Must’ve burned about 250 calories in all, good session.
