1 set of 8 at 10 kilos bench press, 3 sets of 8 at 5 kilos
4 sets of 8 military press at 15kilos
3 sets of 8 squats 20 kilos, 1 set at 25 kilos
Deadlifting 4 sets of 8 at 25kilos

Ran to the gym and back which is 4.5km.
